FG orders cancellation of the #20 charge on the retrieval of national identity number across all network. The ministry of communication and digital economy, Isa pantami has directed the Nigerian communications commission to remove the #20 imposed on subscribers for NIN retrieval requests. The directive takes immediate effect. In a press statement on Friday 18th December, the spokesperson of the minister, uwa suleiman said the intervention is aimed at making the process easier and affordable
